Over the past few days we have had a dramatic increase in Bulk Email being generated from our network, by our customers. As a result of this increase in outgoing bulk email, our servers were temporarily blacklisted by various 3rd party email providers thus preventing all of our customers from being able to send email to recipients on those networks until the blacklist was cleared. At the current time all such blocks have been removed and our customers can freely send email to any of their customers on the previously blocked networks.
Online Agency does not condone or support the sending of bulk email though our servers. Should a customer send bulk email that triggers a block to our customers in general Levelfield / Online Agency will suspend the outgoing mail service for the specific offending address. Once the mail service is suspended, service will only be restored upon receipt of a written request to restore service and a statement agreeing not to continue bulk email activities through our servers. Repeat violations of this policy will result in a permanent suspension of outgoing mail service for the account.
