1.

You decide you need a new car.

1.

You decide you need a new car.

2.

You find the time to start looking at the newspaper and drive to multiple homes or dealerships.

2.

You review the information on our web-site about our car buying experience.

3.

You drive up to a dealership with four or five salespeople waiting for you to step onto their lot.

3.

You click on the Getting Started link to send your vehicle preferences to Levelfield Auto

4.

You get out of your car and tour the lot, hoping to find your next car.

4.

A Levelfield Auto representative calls you to discuss your preferences, so that we can find you your perfect vehicle. Payment options are discussed and you secure financing through your local Credit Union.

5.

No luck. The car you want is not in inventory. Time to try another dealership.

5.

When Levelfield Auto finds your car, you are called to confirm details.

6.

You repeat steps 4 & 5 until finally you find a suitable car at the second, third, or fourth place you visit.

6.

Your vehicle is purchased.

Your vehicle is transported.

Your vehicle is made-ready.

7.

The negotiation process begins. You go back and forth with the salesperson on price. It’s a game, and they have to cover their overhead.

7.

Your agent will arrange a suitable delivery time that fits in line with your schedule.  There’s no waiting in line for paperwork and everything is ready when you arrive.

8.

You meet the closer. You may not feel that you are being dealt with fairly but at this point you either buy or walk.

8.

At delivery, you will receive a CarFax report and a copy of the vehicle inspection.

9.

If you buy, you wait to talk to Finance. The normal waiting time for the finance representative can last 30 minutes to 4 hours of your time, or longer!

9.

You drive away from the experience feeling fulfilled and happy with your new car. We pride ourselves in the quality of the vehicle we deliver to you and your experience throughout the process.

10.

A new negotiation process begins with the finance representative. He convinces you that his high rate dealer financing is much better than your credit union.

11.

You drive off the lot in your new car, feeling unfulfilled and confused.
